Interview Scheduling

▸ Once the application form is fully completed and all required documents are submitted, the file enters academic review. ▸ The student receives a separate interview confirmation email on the address used during registration. ▸ The agency is notified independently with the same interview details to ensure full visibility and coordination. ▸ The interview invitation includes the Zoom or Skype link, confirmed date, and timing aligned to Barcelona (Spain). 		Interview Environment

▸ The interview should be attended from a bright and professional setting that reflects academic seriousness. ▸ Internet connectivity must be stable, with a functioning camera and audio throughout the interaction. ▸ The surrounding environment should remain quiet and uninterrupted to allow focused academic discussion.
Mandatory Verification Requirement

All applicants are required to present their original passport during the interview. This requirement applies equally to every student and is a decisive verification step within the admissions process.
Academic & Communication Readiness

▸ Applicants must communicate confidently in English, as all programmes at C3S Business School are delivered in English. ▸ Students are expected to demonstrate awareness of their chosen programme and articulate their academic expectations. ▸ Interviewers assess the student’s motivation for selecting C3S and Spain as a study destination.
